Sarah and David are about the most laid back couple I have had the pleasure of photographing this year… they truly embody the spirit of San Francisco where they met & live. The weather was mostly gloomy with a 99.9% chance of scattered showers and 2% chance of occasional peeks of sun…but these two didn’t bat an eye! We just broke out the umbrellas and carried on as usual and made some really fun and unique photos along the way…fog & mist can be really beautiful! As is our custom here at L, the pretty little things kick it off….

Dad may or may not be a huge softie…

you know your dress is perfect when it elicits this response from anyone:

sarah, I think you must be a runner. I have calf envy.

and finally, David makes an appearance!

Now off to the Japanese Garden at the Botanical Gardens for the ceremony!

I love David’s expression when he first spots Sarah coming down the aisle…. and the ring bearer has the best seat in the house

I like a couple who gets themselves a piece of all three kinds of cake. (who can resist the Cakery?!)

love seeing the parents have fun (happy 34th anniversary you two)

watch out ladies… this ring bearer charmed every single female at this wedding (including ME!) into dancing with him. (he asked…what, I’m gonna say no?!?)

what I am most certain are David’s contributions to the wedding festivities!

the sky did not look so clear at the end of the night…it was so mysterious looking I had to take another shot as I was leaving!
