Ordinarily when you see us post engagement photos here on the blog, it means we are getting to meet some of our brides and grooms for the coming season, but every so often I get a call out of the blue for just an engagement session…. either the couple is from out of town or the photographer is a family friend… but in either case it always kind of feels like a blind date. The only contact we have had up until the shoot is via email or phone and I end up saying something corny like “I’ll be the tall brunette with all the camera gear!” aaaand it always makes me just a wee bit nervous… what a pleasant surprise when the couple is bubbly and fun and adorable to boot… like Trang and Tony. They are super cute… well, you’ll see.

love this too… this wildflower field was only about waist/chest high on me… but they were in it up to their chins! good sports.
