When I photograph a bunch of weddings in a row, the ones at the end of the stretch generally have to wait a little bit longer to get their photos than the ones at the beginning. And Poor Jess and Andy were definitely at the end of a stretch for me! They have been so gracious and patient, and for this, I am grateful. Hopefully you will find these worth the wait!
This day was filled with emotion as this long time couple tied the knot. Jess lost her father Barry late last year, but it was clear to all in the room that he was there with us. When two people have been together for a long time there is a certain comfortableness that I don’t see as often with newer couples. They know each other inside and out, how to balance each others emotions, finish each others thoughts, and work together to make the most of every day life. You two were practically an old married couple BEFORE this beautiful day went down in the history books! This was just a formality. I really lovely and sweet formality. ;)
Jess’ signature fragrance. :)
Ok, you can’t really tell in this photo but these are wedges! SO fun.
Gorgeous Jess. Just gorgeous.
I think everyone else agrees.
And a few floors down…or up. I honestly can’t remember.
I love the chest puff.
Cheers! Let’s do this!
While I got the wide dramatic staircase swirls, Meredith shot this awesome angle.
This group was channeling their inner Friends. Not bad!
Ok, so this took awhile to set up, but SO worth it!
The beautiful ceremony space in the Khorassan Ballroom at the Chase Park Plaza. Flowers and decor by Belli Fiori and Table 10 Events! With guidance of course from the talented and lovely Alix Ann at Simcha’s Events.
I will never tire of the chandeliers in the Khorassan. They are just so cool.
Ketubah signing with close friends and family before the ceremony.
A special hug.
It’s official! Let’s party!
Gorgeous room design from an amazing team of vendors.
A Sugaree cake never disappoints!
A little late night treat…
Could not love these faces more!
The Motown Revue kept the party going all night long!
