Last week we had the pleasure of attending a pretty little party hosted by a group of lovely wedding industry ladies!  It was a pleasure to see old friends and make a few new ones along the way.  We gathered at Bella Bridesmaid in Town and Country and snacked on special treats from Sarah’s Cake Shop.

The event was hosted by some seriously talented wedding professionals: Courtney Callahan Paper, Makeup by S.H.E., Sarah’s Cake Shop and Bloomin’ Buckets.  If you are planning a wedding and haven’t been to Bella yet, definitely go take a look-see!  Caroline is a doll and the shop specializes in JUST bridesmaid dresses from a wide variety of designers at great prices.  Courtney is based out of Chicago, but is a St. Louis native and is splitting her time between the two cities.  Check out her beautiful designs here! Susan Hood Evans is the artist behind Makeup by S.H.E. Also a St. Louis native, Susan has returned home after several years as a successful makeup artist in Chicago, IL. Welcome back Susan! If you’ve been to any food truck events in the last few years then hopefully you’ve had a chance to taste the delectable treats from Sarah’s Cake Shop. Cupcakes and cake balls (aka Glitter Bites) are not on my diet but were worth every calorie! And the beautiful flowers from Barb at Bloomin’ Buckets added the perfect touch.
