Bridget + Denis wedding {by liz}

I always feel a little bad for my couples that are at the end of a string of weddings I have in a row, because it means that they are going to have to wait a little longer to get their photos. I always do everything in my power to make sure they are totally worth the wait! Bridget and Denis had a classically beautiful St. Louis wedding over Memorial Day weekend. Other than it being a tad bit warm (to be expected in good ol’ STL) everything was perfection! Denis works at Washington University, so they had their ceremony at the gorgeous Graham Chapel, followed by some lovely photos around campus with the stately architecture and then off to party at the Trolley Room in Forest Park. Special thanks to my guest photographer extraordinaire Kelly Park for putting up with me all day!

I remember how it felt to walk down the aisle. It’s a little surreal. And I was busy thinking “Smile dammit, don’t trip over your dress, make eye contact!” I would love hear what thoughts other people have had!

It’s always fun to see the Visitors Center at Forest Park transformed. The Trolley Room has such great bones.

And as the sun set, everyone was entertained by a few great toasts.
