The fall flashback continues! To an absolutely beautiful and fun wedding day in October! Seriously, the first word that comes to mind when I think back to Brittany and Casey’s wedding is fun. Now, this means that I didn’t get nearly as many of those “pretty” shots or moments because they were constantly making funny faces at me. But I’m 110% ok with it because it just wouldn’t have been them. I have been saying for years that if my couples take in their wedding day and enjoy every minute of it, they will have stellar photos. Happiness looks good on everyone. These two included. Here we go! Let’s start off with a killer Jim Helm gown and some fun shiny stuff.
Mmmm…Kate Spade. With shiny things attached. Be still my heart.
Kristie was hanging with the guys that morning. Group of loveable goofballs. I think this photo summarizes it nicely.
Gorgeous Brittany!
Off to Christ Church Cathedral down the street…
Casey seems to like his gift of photos of his HOT wife to be…mostly naked…we may have had something to do with that…
And I think Brittany loves her cameo ring from Casey.
Outside of the church and almost ready to head down the aisle!
Final moment with dad before the doors open.
Love those contagious smiles!
Christ Church Cathedral is a beautiful church in the heart of downtown St. Louis. They had a full house! And this is NOT a small church.
Smiles…all day. Love it. As a wedding should be.
Kristie snuck up on the altar for this one! We actually tried to get pre-approval from the officiant who agreed, but the church coordinator was very unhappy about it. So although a VERY cool shot angle, not one we are normally allowed to get!
Married! Having two photographers makes both of these angles possible. :)
Brittany is a member of the Weber family, therefore a wedding party send off caravan of some pretty awesome Chevy’s was a MUST. Of course the bride and groom got the red Corvette.
Now THIS is a wedding party! It’s tough to get this many people in a photo but I think you can see every head!
Beautiful floral designs by Rich West of RW Designs.
They really never stopped smiling. Seriously. Not exaggerating.
Funny little tug-o-war shot!
And it’s party time! Not that the wedding party wasn’t already partying. :) The reception design at the Hyatt at the Arch was nothing short of spectacular. Contemporary Productions folks. Awesomeness.
See?! Love the hanging candles! And that head table…love.
Gorgeous cake from Wedding Wonderland covered in cascading flowers.
Great toasts. That’s one proud father of the bride!
Cheers!
The Smash Band had the dance floor packed all night.
After the first reception technically ended, guests that still had some party left in them moved upstairs to the rooftop for a late night after party featuring late night snacks, on oxygen bar and a cigar roller.
