I almost don’t know what to do with myself…it’s been sunny two days in a row. The rain just does not want to leave us alone this year! I have never actually seen the riverfront as flooded as it is right now. Craziness. The last time I worked with Kristin Weis of Kristin Ashley Events we were together on the Becky Thatcher Riverboat for the reception of Beth and Ben! And now said riverboat dock is 100% underwater. All of this crazy rain did not dampen Courtney and Hank’s wedding day whatsoever! They made the decision to add the window walls to the World’s Fair Pavilion which was absolutely the right choice. Those walls are custom made to match the pavilion terra cotta and did not at all take away from the beauty of this reception. Thank you to the oh so talented Von Devore for shooting with me on this one! Now let’s get started at Courtney’s mom’s gorgeous home in the Central West End…right down the street from us!

The fabulous Danielle Erb applying some finishing touches.
Getting dressed!
Gorgeous.
I LOVE this hair. Like love, love.
While I was with the ladies, Von was hanging out with Hank and the guys.
Handsome gents!
Loved the courtyard at this historic home.
Ok. Seriously. I cannot get enough of the back of this gown.
Off to the Cathedral Basilica!
Here she comes…
Insane number of mosaic tiles in this magnificent cathedral.
Pretty cherry blossom urns from Bloomin Buckets.
Married!
I found us some more cherry blossoms. :)
These are some of my favorites at the base of the pavilion. One positive thing about all of this rain – lush happy green grass!
Simple and elegant.
Impressive little sugar flowers on this cake from Encore Bakery.
Toasts brought lots of laughs. Mostly at Hank’s expense. Sorry Hank. ;)
Bring on the dance party!
Congratulations you two! Thank you so much for allowing me to experience your wedding day with you! It was perfect. With love, Liz

Courtney and Hank –
Just finished perusing your wedding pictures – a simply beautiful wedding – am sure a lot of planning went into it. May your years ahead together be just as beautiful!
Love, Aunt Del and Uncle Jerry
Do you know where the window walls came from for the pavilion? I want to order them for my wedding there but I don’t know where to get them.
