I must say, if my first wedding of the year is any indication of how the rest of 2017 will go down, then it is going to be a killer year! Jamie and Adam’s fabulous Four Seasons soiree was perfect. Even the weather was on board for February! The ceremony set up was so unique…iron street lamps lined the aisle with gorgeous giant paper flowers adorning both them and the chuppah. Leave it to the lovely Simcha Lourie to come up with a new beautiful design every time!
I severely sprained my ankle one week prior and am so grateful that family, friends and guests were very kind and gracious to me as a hobbled around all day in my walking boot. A great big special thanks to Meredith for really stepping up and covering me so that Jamie and Adam got all of the beautiful images they deserved…I appreciate you so much!
These Stuart Weitzman wedding shoes were the perfect mix of silver and gold.
Beautiful invitation by M Haley Design. Thanks for the orchid Frankie!
This gorgeous Rivini wedding gown from Fleur de Lis bridal in Clayton looked good from every angle.
Mother/daughter smiles. :)
Jealous of Jamie’s perfect skin!
Cute and comfy matching PJ sets for the bridesmaids (and mom!)
I love a good veil and the way it catches the light.
The tribe was impressed with Jamie’s finished look don’t you think?
Mer was off to shoot a few frames of Adam and the guys! Throughout the day we will get into the many faces of Adam, but let’s start with some of the more “normal” ones lol.
I call this the Cookie Monster face. ;)
Finishing touches and off to the first look!
Carefully dancing on the stairs…
Adam managed to score some random beads from a Mardi Gras goer passing by lol.
The beautiful (and handsome) wedding party in black and white.

When it’s winter and nature is dormant, find evergreen trees for pretty portraits!
Ok, so I know I said the weather cooperated but it wasn’t THAT warm. Thanks for braving the windy rooftop terrace! So pretty!
Unique wedding ceremony set up in the ballroom at the Four Seasons!
And as the sun sets, we squeeze in a couple more artistic shots before they sign the Ketubah…
More faces of Adam. ;)
Married!
When the ceremony happens in part of the space that is also going to be used for the reception, we call that a “room flip”. This was a really impressive, fast room flip! The iron street lights were used in the middle of some of the tables. So unique!
Tall centerpieces with cascading orchids…so pretty.
Cake covered in sprinkles from the Cakery Bakery!
Let the party begin!
The dance floor was PACKED all night. It was almost dangerous out there! The Dirty Muggs really had the party going!
Late night desserts….mmmmm…
It’s not Mardi Gras without masks and beads!
Fourteen years of shooting weddings and this one is new to me. Necktie limbo. ;)
Congratulations to you both! We are so honored to have been a part of your wedding day! With love, Liz + Mer
