Jess and Nick win the title of “worst weather for an engagement session” this year, but I think that we all still pulled it off! They live in Chicago, so our dates were limited and Jess had her heart set on some fall color. So we went for it! As the impending storm rolled in, leaves and hair and such blew around us lol. When I was editing I kept seeing little dots on some frames and I was thinking “Why the heck are those little gnats still around in these photos!? They should have been well gone with summer!” Then I had one of those “wow I’m a moron” moments. Those little suckers weren’t gnats. They were rain drops. And these two looked fabulous rain drops and all!
