Katie and Matt are married! It is awesome to see a couple get married that I have photographed several times and have seen them together and can tell how nuts they are about each other. We began he day at the Hilton Downtown Hotel…. I love the satin swirl shoes that Katie chose (even f they never made it onto her feet… there may or may not have been a blister incident that resulted in the wearing of the Bride’s favorite cowboy boots instead!)
This mermaid style dress fit Katie perfectly.
see?!? I will leave out the photo that shows she is wearing black socks with them! :)
gorgeous.
and finally we see Matt…. We here at the studio have been calling Matt “Superman” for months because he has the perfect Superman hair (sorry Matt!)
St. Agatha’s Catholic Church
prepare for more cowbell!
married… Mr & Mrs Matt Eastin!
Off to the park for some photos!
and then a bridesmaid stepped in dog poo. I am going to take this moment to harshly scold any & all dog owners who leave poop on the ground in a public space… you’re gross. This poor girl had to throw her shoes in the trash can and use the pocket squares from the tuxes and beer to clean her feet. I will say she had a really awesome attitude about the whole thing!
beautiful flowers by Bloomin’ Buckets!
and away we go to Kemoll’s at the Top of the Met… that place has a great view!!
Dad get’s ’em every time!
lots of laughs and tears… as it should be.
first dance as husband & wife
Thanks for letting me share the fun (and cowboy boots, and the poo, and the safety pinning of the gown and all of the other little things that make each wedding day so unique!!) xo, kate
