When I started working on editing Molly and Grant, Meredith peeked over at my screen and smiled and said “Love those two!” And I can safely say the feeling is mutual. I don’t know if it was the beautiful summer-like fall day, or the fact that they had a laid back but fancy brunch wedding, or that we were done shooting by 4 pm instead of the usual 12 am, or the face that both Molly and Grant are fun and kind people, but both Mer and I have fond memories of this one. Enjoy!
This is the second time I’ve shot Shoes of Prey shoes. You can basically design your own shoes from scratch! I still need to go make that happen.
Gorgeous bouquet by Allissa at Style Altar’d. So pretty that Mer and I both took WAY too many photos of it!
Molly was all smiles.
She didn’t have bridesmaids per say, but this was definitely her crew!
Gorgeous!
Grant and the guys. Also all smiles.
First look first – Molly whipped out a comb to fix Grant’s hair. So romantic lol!
Time to head to the ceremony in the Statler Ballroom at the Marriott Grand.
Let’s brunch!
When you have a brunch wedding of course your passed hors d’oeuvres are tiny little bite size breakfast sandwiches!
The beautiful Crystal Ballroom at the Marriott Grand.
Love this modern but romantic cake from Sugarbelle!
Mmm…one of my favorite wedding meals maybe ever.
There’s one in every family. ;)
These streamers are genius! Kind of. See, they pop out but stay connected to the base so no mess! However, when people pop them at each other from opposite sides they bond together and make an impenetrable cobweb of sparkles. And laughter ensues.
Off to go take a few final pretty portraits!
Congrats you two! Much love! With love, Liz + Meredith
