Ahhhh…this is my first blog post since we launched our new website. Fingers crossed everything goes according to plan! But honestly, does anything ever go exactly according to plan? I’m a wedding photographer and I can for sure tell you the answer is NOPE! Sometimes they are tiny things, like the wind making the bride’s hair a little messy. Sometimes it’s big things like a ceremony structure crashing to the ground. But these are all things you have no control over. So what do you do? Take a few deep breaths, roll with it, and vow to not let it detract from your wedding day but rather become a part of your unique story.
Honestly? This intro has nothing whatsoever to do with Nikki and Mike’s wedding day! It was basically perfect all the way down to the last broken plate! I am just sure there is going to be something wrong with this blog post when I make it live, so it’s mostly a self talk narrative lol. I have photographed multiple Greek weddings over the years, but this one was my most traditional. I loved every minute! Plus, how often do you get to see 200 plates broken in tiny pieces on the floor of the Ritz Carlton?! Enjoy the photos from the festive and loving celebration!
