OK – so it has happened again – I get busy, and can’t seem to keep up with blogging and paperwork. I have a big, fat list of things I want to blog about other than our photo sessions… and one day… it will get shared. But for now – I am long overdue on sharing these images for Laura, George and family! So, on with it…

This is one of my favorite session ideas to end the summer with. A few family portraits in the front yard, then swimming and dance party in the back yard. I had so much fun capturing these.

Now, can we just pause for a moment, and talk about how this TWO-YEAR-OLD CAN SWIM. It’s amazing. Here she goes swimming to Daddy’s hand. So awesome. I’m still amazed at what a good little swimmer/floater she is.

I am also amazed at this… not that she has a trophy, but that her trophy is for a watermelon eating contest. The 2011 Champion from her school. How stinkin’ cute is that.
