I have been dying to blog these two, but I was too busy literally almost dying. Not really, but I do have walking pneumonia that developed from bacterial bronchitis that has been haunting me since the holidays and I am keeping Mucinex in business (you’re welcome Mucinex) Oddly enough, editing the wedding of two doctors. AT LONG LAST… Dr T and Nick!! I blabbed about their ring story earlier this week because it’s the cutest thing. SO Nick decided when he was ready to propose to Tara, that he wanted to get her a blue diamond to match her eyes. Upon deciding this he promptly discovered they are crazy expensive (WHOA!) but rather than give up on the idea, he pressed on. He did some research and formulated a plan. He became certified as a diamond dealer/gemologist so that he could buy the diamond he wanted, and then learned how to perform a chemical process on it that would change the color to the prettiest blue. (the result below) So sweet and romantic. Followed up closely by the earrings that he gave her that are chemical symbols of the two molecules that for the strongest chemical bonds. Um. Okay. I love science and romance and nerdiness….
pretty paper!
sometimes it takes a village with a lot of crochet hooks to get into the dress
Hi Dad!

I love these place cards and tables named after all their favorite areas in St. Louis (geographically oriented in the Old Post Office, of course)
a cake after Liz’s own heart (she loves penguins)
Gotta love a socially conscious couple #blacklivesmatter

I need a scalpel, STAT!
secret bandage scissors (Nick assured me he had permission to destroy the garter LOL)
Thank for all of the great conversation, and laughs, and for letting me capture your big day and also for being patient while my plumbing broke, and my basement and lungs were flooded. (ew!) with love, kate
