So you may have actually seen Taylor on the blog before…Kristie has been photographing her family for seven years now! It’s so cool that she has been documenting their family for so long and watching her grow up – I was super excited (and slightly nervous, not gonna lie! Kristie is pretty awesome at what she does :)) to shoot her senior session. We had been waiting and waiting to schedule her photos until she got her braces off – we almost thought we wouldn’t make it in before graduation! She did finally get the okay for that last glorious appointment to take them off and we shot these in April. I can somewhat relate to that long waiting period, as I had my braces on for four years (!) The timing actually worked out quite nicely though, because Taylor already had her prom dress so she got to wear it for some photos! Definitely something to consider if you don’t mind waiting til the end of senior year to do your session :)

First off a more casual look – really love this long vest/pant combo!

The braces were definitely worth the wait – gorgeous smile!!

And here is Taylor’s awesome prom dress – love all the beading and full skirt :)
