So Vassi and Pat are both zany and goofy — a perfect pair!  Their wedding day was action packed with laughs and quiet glances between them… I love that.  They got married at the ornate and gorgeous St. Nicholas Greek Church and had the reception at Chandler Hill and although it poured rain during the reception, it did not dampen the spirits of the party.  Enough rambling…on with the show!

First of all, Vassi MADE her own shoes… well, she bought the basic shoes and then embellished them with rhinestones and lace to customize them!  Also note Pat’s cool and unique wedding band… it is wooden with bands of metals running around it!

so… Pat had my assistant Katy take the below dramatic photo of him eating the banana… so I do not have the back story there, but it made me laugh out loud.  For real.

These bridesmaids bouquets are stunning… you will see them up closer later, but really… WOW!

This photo represents the real mood of the day!

I am not sure what is happening here… I have totally lost control and am cackling at this point.

an unexpected, yet friendly surprise visitor!

I LOVE this one.  A lot.

Let’s talk for a minute about this cake and cake table.  I have never seen anything like it… SO gorgeous.  I was in awe watching Ericka from the Cakery put this together.  Again…WOW.

right now the weather is cloudy but clear….

and then the rains came (big time!)
