Giddyup! : Margot’s bat mitzvah {by meredith}
Since the Kentucky Derby is tomorrow, it only seems appropriate to share this riding themed bat mitzvah! I’d like to say I planned that out months in advance, but we’ll just go with it’s fate ;) Margot’s day was so wonderful to be a part of – she is a very accomplished young woman with a huge passion for horses. Simcha’s Events pulled out all the stops to make this day one to remember!

So many hugs and smiles throughout the day – one of our favorite things to capture around here!
I know everyone probably gets nervous standing up there in front of the congregation, but Margot never let it get to her. And she has a beautiful singing voice to beat!

I was super excited about shooting the evening portion of this one – I finally got to shoot at the new Wild Carrot event space! Love the vibe they have going there.
The horse doodle contest was such a unique touch and fun activity!

Yes, this is a bull-riding setup you’re seeing. Everyone, teens and adults, had a good time with this later on!

So to get this group photo, I had to climb up in the custom dj booth…totally worth it but I was way up high, and heights make me just a little nervous ha!
