My fellow industry friend Kristen from the Four Seasons St. Louis described Laura and Jacob perfectly…”The sweetest couple there ever was!” Simcha thank you so much for bringing these two into my life! The pure joy and love present throughout this day was palpable. And the surprise snow?! The perfect cherry on top for an amazing couple and their beautiful winter wedding day!
Side note: I have been shooting weddings for 16 years. SIXTEEN YEARS PEOPLE!!! I have never had the opportunity to shoot while snow was actually falling from the sky, and I am a lover of all things winter. I will remember this wedding and Laura and Jacob always and forever!
Such a beautiful bride!
So much love and excitement.
Jacob’s smile makes me smile!
Cheers to a perfect day ahead!
Awww…that mama son bond.
This is when a few little snow flurries began to fall. Honestly it was supposed to be sunny that day. No chance of precipitation! So we thought this was just a wee little fluke…
Tina you have outdone yourself! These are gorgeous bouquets!
And then this happened! Everyone was smiling and laughing playing in the snow!
It was so light and powdery and gently rested on their heads, shoulders and even Laura’s eyelashes.
Back inside, dried off and headed to the Tish and Bedekken!
Pure joy and love all around.
They did it! The new Mr and Mrs!
Let the party begin! And man do I mean party. Holy cow!
I learned about Shtick for the first time in my wedding photography career! Don’t get me wrong, I know what it means as in someone’s unique performance or talent, but I did not realize it’s origins. Enjoy the performances!
I love the pieces of costumes, feather boas, tinsel and everything else littering the dance floor. Quite the party has happened here!
We had so much fun with you both. Thank you for including us in your extra special day! With love, Liz and Mer
