Back from the long holiday weekend…hope everyone had a wonderful time with family, friends and lots of good food! Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays – love a day devoted to spending time with those we love. And eating ;) Rachel’s gorgeous fall session seems like an appropriate one to share today as November wraps up and we head towards winter…we actually were just starting to get some fall color when we shot this, I was having a hard time finding any yet! Whereas my session yesterday which I expected to have no leaves left, still had tons of pretty color on the trees…go figure! Usually by this time of year most everything has dropped off the trees. We never know what we’re going to get here in the Lou! Anyways, loved shooting with Rachel and chatting about her plans next year – she is heading to Ole Miss (note the blue and red school spirit in outfit 3!) and planning to go into politics! Love how motivated she is, and I hope I see her someday on a ballot here :)
