I loved this session. Loved it. Really that’s all I have to say…ha okay I’ll tell you a little more, but really this was just such a fun session with great locations and a fabulous senior who was so easy to work with! Ashley wanted a mix of city and nature scenes, and definitely wanted to shoot at the graffiti wall by the riverfront. I hadn’t actually been down there to shoot in almost five years, so I’m glad she asked to go there! It’s a little bit of a toss up since the wall is always changing, but there were some great spots when we were there that tied in with her cute little red two piece combo (one of my favorite outfits of the whole 2017 class!). Sidenote, referencing “the wall” is making me think of Game of Thrones, anyone else dying for July to be here so we get new episodes?! #nerd Anyways let’s get to it!
Such a cute skirt and top combo, and loved the tassel necklace.
Those chunky wooden heels were also making me think of the heart eye emoji…I don’t think the blog will let me paste that in here ;)
Went for some complementary colors here with the green wall/door and red outfit. Color theory for the win!
And then this spot under the overpass….all those diagonal repeating lines! So good :) I had a hard time narrowing these down, loved them all so much.
Outfit two in my favorite little Soulard park…the gorgeous lace top is from The Vault in Brentwood.
Perfection Ashley!
Great print on this dress for some more city backdrops.
Gotta smile right? ;)
And our last stop in the Post Office Plaza…will always be one of my favorite St. Louis places to shoot!
So I had said we were done after the last section above ^ and we were walking back to our cars and I almost shouted stop because the light was just too pretty…so we got a couple more frames! Thanks sunset :)
So much fun on this shoot Ashley, hope you love it as much as I did! – Meredith
