Linda + Andrew wedding {by liz}

One of the things I love most about photographing weddings is that they come in all shapes and sizes. Which in turn means that I’m never photographing the exact same thing twice! Some stuff is the same…the special dress, the touching toasts, the vows, the smiles…but every love story is unique. This particular one is proof that a wedding doesn’t have to be a giant production to be filled with beauty and love! I know totally cheesy but 100% true. Some couples book us over two years in advance of their wedding date. Linda first contacted us at the very end of November about her and Andrew’s March wedding (aka a little over 3 months until the big day)! I didn’t finalize their photography contract until February and didn’t shoot their engagement session until the week of the wedding. In this short time frame they pulled everything together perfectly! All the way down to some adorable personalized details. Enjoy!

Memorial Presbyterian Church on Skinker has some beautiful architectural details, so we took full advantage.

A few finishing touches, on to the trolley and off to Forest park!

Nature is mostly still hibernating in March, so I found us a nice grove of evergreen trees for photos.

Back on the trolley and over to the church to get these two married!

I haven’t had anyone do this for awhile and more people TOTALLY should. Hanks cheesecake folks. That’s a cheesecake wedding cake. For real. Cheesecake!
